celebrates 5 years
July 7, 2005 marked the
formation of Spencer Consulting Inc. With integrity and
determination, Spencer president, Kathy Hansen, embarked on this
journey with a sole client and a passion for transforming
organizations. As Spencer grew and developed relationships with
corporations throughout the U.S., we began to set ourselves apart by
the quality of services we provide.
Although our
responsibilities have evolved over the years, our commitment to
excellence has remained unchanged. Spencer is dedicated to providing
the highest level of outsourced corporate real estate and consulting
services to companies large and small by following the guiding
principles that define us. We are truly blessed to have
maintained many of our long-term client relationships, as well as
earning the trust of new ones. We would not have become the company

Chaz
Walker, Spencer Senior Associate
This month,
we also celebrate Senior Associate, Chaz Walker. Chaz joined
Spencer in July 2006 and has been serving corporate clients for four
years. He has worked diligently alongside Spencer president, Kathy
Hansen, to develop strong relationships in this industry.
Chaz is dedicated to excellence in all that he does. He is a driving
force in his community placing faith and family above all else.
He is involved in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors
(NTCAR) as a participant in its Young Professionals Forum, is a member
of the Dallas Real Estate Ministries (DREM) Mission Marketplace
program and is working toward his Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM) designation.
