Commercial Real Estate becomes Spencer Consulting
Inc. this month, marking the
fourth anniversary of the company's formation on July 7, 2005. "Our assignments have expanded over the years
and moved beyond commercial real estate, so we felt like this would
be an appropriate time to transform our name to something that more accurately
reflects this evolution", says Spencer president, Kathy Hansen.
The primary
focus of Spencer remains unchanged; providing the highest level of services to
clients throughout the U.S. Included in our core competency is operating as a
company's outsourced corporate real estate department, developing long-term
sustainability strategies and enhancing portfolio and process performance with
advanced programs that are tailor made to meet the clients' business
needs. We are more than grateful to the
30+ clients who have partnered with us to date, and look forward to
earning the business of many others in the future.
