Strength Based Leadership Strategies Take Spencer Clients to New Heights
Spencer
was recently engaged by a general contractor specializing in marine and
heavy civil construction projects throughout the U.S. and the
Caribbean, to facilitate moving them towards a higher level of
organizational excellence.
Spencer
approached this assignment in several phases, the first of which
included multiple interviews of key team members to identify the
company’s current state. New
clearly defined job descriptions along with office policies and
procedures were developed as the next step in enhancing the
organization’s processes and cohesiveness. Each position established
patent and detailed guidelines for all team members’ job functions and
roles. Conflict was reduced by creating comprehensible company
standards.
