This month's client spotlight is on Spencer's first and longest tenure client, LandPlan Development.

 

Spencer's president, Kathy Hansen, first began working with LandPlan in 2001 while with PM Realty Group. When Kathy founded Spencer in 2005, the bonds of that well established relationship went with her.

PlainsCapital Bank

 

Another long-term client relationship of Spencer's is PlainsCapital Bank.  Spencer recently facilitated a ten year lease renewal for PlainsCapital at 2500 Legacy Drive in Frisco, a LandPlan property.  The renewal here includes the addition of a new drive thru banking facility, which is scheduled for construction later this summer.
