At the end of our initial consultation, clients receive a road map that outlines new ways to view their real estate decisions and achieve their business goals. The roadmap includes possible approaches for accomplishing these goals – with Spencer providing the tools, our clients generally choose to move forward by:

  • implementing the plan themselves;
  • engaging Spencer to implement the plan;
  • partnering with Spencer to implement the plan.
