  • Successfully negotiated transactions totaling more than 300,000 square feet as part the implementation of clients’ real estate strategies
  • Licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission
  • Active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC), where he participates in the Young Guns program
  • Involved in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) as a participant in its Young Professionals Forum, and is a member of Dallas Real Estate Ministries (DREM) Ambassador’s program
  • Holds a BBA in Real Estate Finance from the Cox School of Business at SMU

Chaz and his wife Alyssa enjoy spending time with their dogs Hudson and Romo and are avid scuba divers.

  • Certificated in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
  • Earned designation with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
  • Graduate Professional Military Education Officer Leadership Academy
  • Ability to lead teams and collaborate with others to establish, plan, develop and implement projects for a positive outcome for all involved

David enjoys spending time with his kids, Starr and Ace. His free time consists of working on classics cars, home improvement projects and anything that allows him to be outdoors.
